1970 original made in the UK Track / Polydor Records LP pressing #2406 001, textured, plain brown cardboard Gatefold cover VG++, has NO seams, rather 2 slots when you open the Gatefold, one side / slot for the record, and one side / slot for the 12 inserts, including a fold-out B&W Poster, an 8"x10" B&W glossy of THE WHO, another large photo of Townshend jumping w his guitar, + 9 other papers / contracts, lyrics, etc. from the early days! Vinyl M-, NO scratches, plays excellent, in fact, by all accounts, one of The Best Live concert recordings ever releashed!

1970 original made in Germany Polydor Records LP pressing #2480 004, Gatefold textured plain brown cover VG+, NO seams, spine ok, has inside flaps on top & bottom, general wear, some staining on bottom back (see scan), has the 12 inserts, the Poster is included, vinyl M-, NO scratches, plays excellent. Recorded live February 14, 1970.

(The best sonic sound I have ever heard on this LP, possibly THE Best concert LP of All Time!)

Only 300 copies of this black ink title were ever made, who knows how many complete sets are still left in great condition like this?? Recorded live February 14, 1970 at Leeds University, England.

The photo below is made of much thicker paper stock than later ones & it has NO white border edge around the very clear, detailed image.

The Pete jumping with guitar photo has the blue ink on lyrics below (not the black ink found on later pressings), and it is folded right down the middle, the photo itself is much more "square-like", unlike the later ones which are NOT folded and are rectangular in shape.
